Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Delhi-NCR for a Field Sales Specialist in the medical consumables and disposable products segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing strong customer relationships, conducting field visits, and achieving sales targets across hospitals, distributors, dealers, and healthcare institutions within the Delhi-NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Managing and expanding existing customer accounts
- Conducting regular market visits and product demonstrations
- Coordinating with internal teams for order processing and customer support
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in Sales and Lead Generation within the medical consumables/disposable products industry
- Prior experience working with a surgical company dealing in disposable products is preferred
Knowledge of products related to:
- Anaesthesia Consumables
- General Medical Consumables
- Patient Care Products
- Yankauer Suction Sets
- Urine Bags
- Anaesthesia Circuits
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Familiarity with hospital sales, dealer networks, and distribution channels
- Good understanding of sales operations and field sales processes
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with prior experience working in reputed medical disposable and surgical consumable companies such as Romsons, Poly Medicure (Polymed), Flexicare, or similar organizations in the disposable medical products segment will be preferred.
Compensation
- Salary will be based on a hybrid structure consisting of:
- Fixed Basic Salary
- Sales Commission
- Performance-based Incentives
