About the Role
Diamant Triumph is expanding its presence in East India and is looking for energetic, technically inclined professionals to join our Kolkata branch office. This role combines industrial field sales, client interaction, technical support, and on-site coordination for industrial polymer and engineering solutions.
The ideal candidate should be willing to travel for client visits, interact with industrial customers, and learn technical applications related to repair, maintenance, and alignment solutions used across infrastructure and manufacturing industries.
Success in this role means building strong customer relationships, generating business opportunities, supporting site activities, and becoming a trusted technical representative of the company in the region.
Responsibilities
• Visit industrial customers, plants, and project sites for business development and technical discussions
• Support sales activities through client meetings, follow-ups, and lead generation
• Coordinate with customers for product applications, site requirements, and service support
• Maintain daily visit reports and customer databases
• Identify opportunities in industries such as steel, cement, railways, power, infrastructure, foundry, and manufacturing
• Work closely with the management team to support East India market expansion
• Assist in preparing quotations, technical documents, and presentations when required
• Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
Qualifications
• Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Polymer, or related fields preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in industrial sales or field engineering will be an added advantage
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with field travel and industrial site visits
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and reporting
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to grow in industrial B2B business
