Woltz Energy is a commercial electric vehicle startup specializing in sustainable last-mile delivery solutions. We are building electric cargo two-wheelers, designed to help last-mile businesses and gig-economy riders reduce their costs of last-mile delivery through rental fleets and making EV's more accessible for them.
Woltz Energy is looking for a Field Sales & Rider Acquisition Executive to support the expansion of our electric mobility fleet business. This role is focused on rider acquisition, field marketing, lead generation, promoter coordination, and customer engagement across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard delivery riders for Woltz rental programs.
- Conduct field visits across rider hotspots, delivery hubs, dark stores, and commercial areas.
- Execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate with local promoters and referral partners to drive rider acquisition.
- Conduct telephonic follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into active users.
- Build relationships with rider communities and delivery partner networks.
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights from the field.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads generated, conversions, and field activities.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, Customer Acquisition, Promotions, Telecalling, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable travelling extensively within Delhi NCR.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools such as Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
