Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Real Estate
Location:Chuna Bahtti Square , Kolar Road Bhopal
Salary: As per Interview
Job Responsibilities:
Call and follow up on company-generated leads
Understand client requirements and explain real estate projects clearly
Convince clients for site visits and coordinate site visit schedules
Ensure clients reach the site and provide proper follow-up after visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Coordinate with sales and site teams to close deals
Maintain daily calling and follow-up records
Key Requirements:
Experience in Real Estate / Sales / Business Development preferred
Good English communication skills (spoken & basic written)
Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Preferred Candidate:
