Field Sales Representative (Tyres)Location: Manesar
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Role Overview:We are looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to handle outbound tyre sales in the Manesar region. The role focuses on developing fleet accounts and building corporate tie-ups to generate consistent revenue.
Product Focus:- PCR Tyres (Passenger Car Radial)
- TBR / TBB Tyres (Truck & Bus Radial / Bias)
- Forklift / Industrial Tyres
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and approach fleet owners, transporters, and corporate clients
- Generate new business through field visits and outbound sales
- Develop and manage fleet accounts & corporate tie-ups
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management
- Coordinate internally for smooth order execution and delivery
Requirements:- Experience in tyre / automotive / B2B field sales preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Familiarity with Manesar market is an advantage
- Must own a two-wheeler / vehicle for field travel
Compensation:- Fixed Salary + Target-Based Incentives
