Role Description

This is a hybrid full-time role for a Field Sales Representative (FSR) based in Jaipur. The primary responsibility of this role is to onboard laundry vendors and service providers onto the DrClothes platform.

The FSR will be responsible for identifying potential vendors, approaching and pitching the platform, explaining the business model, and successfully onboarding them. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with vendors, ensuring their active participation on the platform, and supporting them in using the system effectively.

Additionally, the FSR will conduct market research, track onboarding targets, and contribute to expanding DrClothes’ vendor network across Jaipur.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor interaction and relationship-building
• Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close onboarding deals effectively
• Understanding of sales and fieldwork, especially in vendor acquisition or B2B sales
• Good time management and ability to meet onboarding targets
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps/CRM tools is an advantage
• Field sales experience in e-commerce, aggregator platforms, or service-based industries is a plus
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
• Fluency in Hindi and English, with good knowledge of Jaipur’s local market
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
