Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Representative to onboard restaurants onto the Etable Restro Manager platform. The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face sales, passionate about technology, and capable of building strong relationships with restaurant owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit restaurants, cafes, and food businesses to pitch Etable Restro Manager
- Explain product features such as:
- Digital Menu & QR Ordering
- Dine-in & Table Management
- Order & Billing System
- Cart Sharing & Token System
- Onboard new restaurants onto the platform
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners/managers
- Achieve monthly onboarding targets
- Provide basic product demo and initial setup guidance
- Collect feedback from clients and share with the internal team
Targets & Compensation
- Minimum Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Target: 15 restaurant onboardings per month
Incentives:
- Additional incentives for every onboarding beyond target
- Performance-based bonuses
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (Field sales preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of mobile apps and SaaS products
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in restaurant, POS, or SaaS sales
- Local market knowledge (Maharashtra restaurants)
- Negotiation and closing skills
