Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Representative, located in Delhi NCR . The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with dealers and clients, conducting regular visits to ensure customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves preparing sales reports, understanding market trends, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present products effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of market analysis (specially PAINTS market ) and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
- Experience in relevant industries which is paint .
- Proficiency in using sales software or CRM tools is an advantage .
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site tasks efficiently.
