Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Field Sales Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, fostering client relationships, conducting site visits, and converting potential leads into successful sales. Additional responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's projects and offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients.
- Daily Travel
- Experience in sales strategy development, lead generation, and achieving targets within deadlines.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Chennai and its surrounding areas is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.
- Relevant prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
