About BiofrostBiofrost is a fast-growing wellness and pain relief brand known for its odourless, non-greasy cold therapy products trusted by professionals and consumers. We are expanding our offline sales network and looking for a dynamic individual to build and manage field sales teams.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and target-oriented professional who can recruit, train, and manage offline field sales staff while ensuring strong market execution and sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and experience handling field operations.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and onboard field sales promoters/executives across assigned locations.
- Train and guide field staff on product knowledge and sales approach.
- Monitor daily attendance, reporting, productivity, and sales performance of field teams.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure proper retail coverage and execution.
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to enhance sales.
- Track sales targets and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Maintain reports related to recruitment, field activities, and sales performance.
- Ensure discipline, grooming, and professionalism within the field team.
- Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and business insights.
Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in field sales recruitment and team handling.
- Ability to motivate and monitor teams effectively.
- Good understanding of offline retail sales and market operations.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and team management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting systems.
Preferred Experience- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, OTC, healthcare, consumer goods, or retail sales operations.
- Experience in handling promoters or retail activation teams preferred.
Education- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- MBA/Marketing background will be an added advantage.
