Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales / Onboarding Executive based in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying and generating leads, engaging with retail business owners, and converting them into customers. The Executive will guide new clients through the onboarding process, provide training and support, and ensure a smooth transition to using the Retlify platform. Responsibilities also include maintaining customer relationships and collaborating with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and nurture potential clients.
- Knowledge of Sales Operations to support and optimize the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail or technology domains is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru South and travel locally to meet clients.
