Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Officer based in Rajkot. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves meeting clients, presenting products, addressing customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Field Sales Officer will also collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Relations, Business Relationship Management, and Sales
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Prior experience in the mining or metals industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
