Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Field Sales Officer. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and managing business accounts. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance business growth and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relations and Business Relationship Management
- Proven experience in Sales and achieving business growth targets
- Effective Customer Service and exceptional Communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse clients
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and travel, as required
