Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Officer. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for managing client relations, driving sales, building strong business relationships, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining open and clear communication with all stakeholders. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, nurturing existing accounts, attending virtual meetings, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relations and Business Relationship Management to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Proven capabilities in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed revenue goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and effective information exchange.
- Self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to excel in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with home automation or IoT solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and familiarity with regional languages is an added advantage.
