Job SummaryAs a Field Sales Officer, you will be the face of Shubhanga Publications. Your primary goal will be to visit educational institutions, build relationships with school administrators and principals, and promote our curriculum-aligned textbooks and digital resources. We are looking for "sales savvy" individuals who can turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Institutional Sales: Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions across Bangalore to promote our product catalog.
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new schools to expand our market reach.
- Product Presentations: Conduct effective demonstrations of our books and educational tools to Principals, Trustees, and Subject Teachers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing client schools to ensure repeat orders and high satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activities and latest trends in the K-12 publishing industry.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports and update the management on field visits and feedback.
Who Are We Looking For?- Education: MBA (Marketing) Fresher or a Graduate from any stream with a passion for sales.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Kannada (Proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus).
- Sales Savvy: A natural ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for daily field visits.
- Personality: High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with a target-driven environment.
