Role Description
The Field Sales Officer role is a full-time on-site position based at Pan India. Responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities, establishing and managing strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing outstanding customer service. The Field Sales Officer will also engage with retail and institutional buyers, support inventory management in collaboration with distributors, and provide regular market insights to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Client Relations and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction
- Experience in account management, negotiating deals, and meeting sales goals
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and distribution networks is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site and travel frequently within the assigned territory
