🚀 We’re Hiring: Field Sales Officer – Healthcare
📍 Location: Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Bangalore, NCR, Surat, UP
💼 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month + TA/DA
🧑💼 Experience: 4–5 Years (Orthopedic Implants Preferred)
🎓 Qualification: Graduate
We are looking for a result-driven Field Sales Officer with strong experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in orthopedic implants and insurance. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong networking and a strategic approach to engaging with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, and healthcare professionals
- Promote orthopedic treatments and related healthcare services
- Plan and execute regular field visits across assigned territories
- Identify new business opportunities and expand referral networks
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth within the region
- Conduct presentations and coordinate with hospital staff
- Gather market intelligence and track competitor activities
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions
Key Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in medical sales (orthopedic implants & insurance preferred)
- Strong network and personal connections with doctors
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset for engaging healthcare professionals
- Willingness to travel extensively
