🚀 We’re Hiring: Field Sales Officer – Healthcare
📍 Location: Pune | Jaipur | Kanpur | Lucknow | Surat
💰 Salary: Upto 5LPA + TA/DA
🎓 Minimum Qualification: Graduation
🩺 Experience Required: 4–5 Years in Medical Orthopaedic Implant Industry
Sahaj Regenerative Cell Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and result-driven Field Sales Officers with strong healthcare industry exposure and excellent doctor networking skills.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, and healthcare professionals
• Promote orthopaedic treatment and healthcare services
• Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen referral networks
• Achieve sales targets and drive regional business growth
• Coordinate with Dotors, hospitals and other clinial institutions and deliver presentations
• Exellent in managing hospital and patient coordination
• Maintain daily reporting of visits, leads, and conversions
🔹 Key Requirements:
✔ 4–5 years of experience in medical sales
✔ Orthopaedic implant & insurance experience preferred
✔ Strong existing network with doctors and healthcare professionals
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and strategic mindset
✔ Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
