Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Officer based in Alleppey district. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for engaging with clients to promote and sell financial products, managing and building business relationships, identifying potential customers, and ensuring successful customer service. Regular field visits, sales development activities, and achieving targets are integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Client Relations, Sales, and Business Relationship Management
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and achieve sales targets
- Previous experience in financial services or similar industries is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Alleppey region is an added advantage
- A positive attitude and self-motivation to work in a dynamic sales environment
- Minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
