Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Officer. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, arranging meetings, explaining financial products, providing customized credit solutions, and preparing detailed sales reports. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and build relationships
- Market research and analytical skills to understand customer needs and potential opportunities
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts effectively
- Knowledge of financial products, credit solutions, or prior experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
- Capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in regional language(s) will be an added advantage
