Role Description
The Field Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. The role involves identifying prospective clients, promoting and selling financial products, and building strong business relationships. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction. The Field Sales Officer will regularly interact with customers to understand their financial requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned with Bajaj Finserv's offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Relationship Management to drive client acquisition and achieve sales objectives.
- Strong skills in Client Relations and Customer Service to build trust and long-lasting partnerships with clients.
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and explain financial products and services.
- Ability to meet targets within deadlines and work in a dynamic on-site environment in Ludhiana.
- Experience in the financial services sector or related industries is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
