🔎 Job Overview:
ReEra Dermatological Lab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and confident Field Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our skincare and haircare product presence in salons, beauty clinics, and retail outlets.
The candidate will be responsible for visiting salons and local businesses, promoting our products, generating orders, and building strong professional relationships.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Visit salons, beauty parlours, and cosmetic stores for product promotion
- Explain product benefits and features to salon owners and staff
- Generate new leads and convert them into regular clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Collect feedback from market and report to management
- Handle order booking and follow-up
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (Gujarati & Hindi required; English preferred)
- Confidence in field marketing
- Two-wheeler & driving license preferred
- Experience in cosmetic / skincare / salon marketing will be an advantage
