Position: Field Sales & Marketing Executive – MBA Admissions
Salary: 15k to 20k + Incentives per admission
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for MBA admissions through field marketing and local networking.
- Counsel prospective students and convert leads into successful admissions.
- Conduct field visits, promotional activities, seminars, and outreach campaigns.
- Build strong connections with coaching institutes, colleges, consultants, and student communities.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and maintain lead records.
- Achieve monthly admission targets through direct marketing and relationship building.
Target:
- Minimum 4–5 MBA admissions per month mandatory.
- Target-based role focused on lead generation and enrollments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Only experienced candidates should apply.
- Must have prior exposure to MBA admissions, education sales, or academic counselling.
- Strong local market knowledge and network in Patna and nearby areas.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle extensive field activities.
- Result-oriented and capable of achieving monthly targets consistently.
