We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Jharkhand & Bihar region. If you have experience in car accessories / auto parts field sales, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding brand.
📍 Location: Jharkhand & Bihar
💼 Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Field Sales (Automotive Industry Preferred)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand dealer & distributor network
- Visit retailers and wholesalers regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Promote and sell car accessories & auto parts products
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities in the market
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in car accessories / auto parts field sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
- Knowledge of local markets in Jharkhand & Bihar
