Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the sales pipeline. The Field Sales Manager will also create and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals, conduct market research to expand the client base, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Managing data, preparing sales reports, and representing the company in client meetings will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Business Development, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Key Account Management
- Ability to create and implement effective Sales Strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Knowledge of Market Research and data analysis for identifying opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
