Job Role: Field Sales Manager
Experience: 1+ Years in Field Sales
CTC: 3.45 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Agra
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Drive sales through field activities, meetings, and referrals
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide product guidance and after-sales support to customers
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer data
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
- Over 2 years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Compensation up to 3.45 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
