Role Description
This is a full-time, job in PUNE, MUMBAI and UAE for an experienced Field Sales Manager. The Field Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, meeting existing and prospective clients, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Market Research, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting software
- Knowledge of the hydraulic or engineering sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
