Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, pitching products and services, and negotiating sales contracts. The individual will also analyze market trends, create strategies to achieve sales targets, and provide regular sales reports to leadership. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and ensure exceptional service delivery will be a key focus of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Experience with business development, client relationship management, and market analysis
- Ability to meet sales targets and develop strategic sales plans
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding sales metrics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in the media or startup industry is an advantage
