Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow for the role of Field Sales Manager. The Field Sales Manager will handle the end-to-end sales process, including identifying opportunities, engaging prospective clients, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves overseeing a team of sales representatives, planning and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, analyzing market trends, and offering tailored insurance solutions to customers. Regular reporting and collaboration with the management team to optimize sales outcomes are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including client acquisition, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
- Leadership and team management abilities to oversee and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills for market trend analysis and developing effective sales strategies.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and related tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
