Role Description
Oxineer is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Raipur. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Further tasks will include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing sales operations, and reporting on performance metrics to ensure business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development with strong account management capabilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Market Analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to drive successful sales outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned region and adapt to a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is a plus.
