We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated professional to join our team as a Sales Engineer / Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager based in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence within the assigned territory.
The role demands strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
Experience Required
- 2 to 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Technical Sales, or Solution Selling.
Key Responsibilities :-
Key Account Management
- Identify and engage potential customers through emails, calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Conduct KYC processes and understand customer requirements in detail.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, negotiations, closure, and post-sales relationship management.
- Prepare Customer Requirement Documents (CRD) and Customer Solution Designs (CSD) aligned with client needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) effectively.
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Focus on target industries and key accounts within the assigned region.
- Conduct regular customer visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
Product & Solution Presentation
- Present Matrix solutions, technologies, and product offerings through impactful presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Clearly communicate technical and business benefits to clients and stakeholders.
Sales Execution & CRM Management
- Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end sales process.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and opportunity tracking through CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, PSIs, system integrators, and other business partners.
- Strengthen customer engagement to ensure long-term business growth and repeat opportunities.
