Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Manager based in Jaipur. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for conducting market research and identifying potential clients in the local community. The role involves building relationships with local businesses, promoting Favcore’s platform and services, and generating sales to meet revenue targets. Additionally, the Field Sales Manager will train and support local businesses in setting up their digital storefronts, solving any technical or operational challenges they may face. Monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, especially in field sales and dealing with local businesses.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Problem-Solving to address client concerns and provide solutions.
- Knowledge of Digital Platforms and the ability to train clients on using app-based solutions and digital tools.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet sales targets in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for supporting local businesses and a deep understanding of the local market in Jaipur is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM tools and basic data analysis is a plus.
