We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within the agriculture industry. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling agricultural products within the assigned district. This role involves building relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers, providing technical support, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promote and sell our products to farmers, distributors, and retailers.
• Retailer and distributor onboarding
• Conduct farmer meetings, product demos, and awareness programs
• Achieve sales targets and generate orders
• Beat planning and effective territory coverage
• Market expansion and development of new areas
• Timely reporting, documentation, and internal coordination
• Participate in agricultural fairs, exhibitions, and community events to showcase company products and build brand visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Graduate/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in agricultural sales, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Local candidates or those currently working in the same territory will be preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Deep understanding of the agricultural industry, including knowledge of crops and agricultural equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills
• Good product knowledge and presentation skills
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Negotiation and closing ability
• Strong market understanding and adaptability
