Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi, for a Field Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Manager will analyze market trends, provide customer support and technical assistance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires regular onsite visits, negotiating contracts, and accurately reporting sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Experience in market research, trend analysis, and creating effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of industrial products such as electric motors, pumps, and gearboxes, or a technical sales background
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and travel frequently to meet clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in industrial product sales or a similar field is a plus
