Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Field Sales Manager. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales strategies, executing customer acquisition plans, and providing feedback on market trends. The role involves frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet with potential and existing clients. The Field Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Market Research
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and result-driven approach
- Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel extensively
