Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Visit customers and prospects regularly as per the assigned route plan
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Present products/services and explain features, benefits, and pricing
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals
• Collect orders and coordinate with internal teams for order processing
• Follow up on payments and outstanding dues
• Gather market intelligence (competitor activity, pricing, customer feedback)
• Submit daily visit reports (DVR), sales reports, and MIS on time
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and review sessions
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Result-oriented and self-motivated personality
• Good market understanding
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / mobile sales applications
• Willingness to travel for field sales activities
Education & Experience:
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales (FMCG / Manufacturing / B2B preferred)
