We’re Hiring: Field Sales Junior Executive
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
🕒 Experience: 1–3 Years
🚲 Field Role | Two-Wheeler Required
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and street-smart Field Sales Junior Executives with experience in B2B or trade sales. The role involves meeting customers in the field, building strong relationships, and selling industrial and technical supplies to businesses such as garages, workshops, factories, warehouses, and offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily field visits to garages, workshops, factories, warehouses, and commercial offices
• Identify and onboard new customers in the assigned territory
• Present and sell products such as tools, fasteners, lubricants, abrasives, adhesives, safety equipment, and industrial consumables
• Build strong relationships with mechanics, workshop owners, factory managers, warehouse heads, and procurement teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline, and customer records in CRM
• Follow up on orders, payments, and deliveries with customers
• Gather market intelligence including competitor activities and pricing
Preferred Background:
Candidates with field sales experience in:
• Automotive parts / lubricants / garage ecosystem
• Industrial tools, adhesives, and MRO products
• Office supplies and facilities products
• Packaging, warehouse, and logistics supplies
• Safety equipment / PPE
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of field sales experience (B2B or trade sales)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and local language
• Basic English for internal communication
• Comfortable using smartphone apps for reporting and order management
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
