Internship Summary:
We are looking for energetic and street-smart interns who want real on-ground sales experience. As a Field Sales Intern, you will visit retail shops across Noida, promote Penguin footwear products, and help expand our retail network.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit 20–40 retail shops daily (Sector markets, local markets, wholesalers)
Pitch Penguin footwear products (clogs, slippers, etc.)
Assist in onboarding new retailers
Support order booking and follow-ups
Ensure proper product display at stores
Inform shopkeepers about offers and schemes
Collect market insights (competitor pricing, demand trends)
Submit daily field reports to manager
What You Will Learn:

Eligibility:
Students / Freshers (any stream)
Comfortable with field work (this is NOT a desk job)
Basic Hindi communication required

Ability to handle rejection
