Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Intern role located in Bihar, India. The intern will engage in generating and qualifying leads, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining records of customer interactions, and assisting in sales operations to ensure seamless execution. Candidates will have the chance to develop and hone sales and communication skills while contributing to DigiGini’s mission of empowering businesses through digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Basic understanding of Sales and Lead Generation processes for identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Sales Operations for managing sales tools, workflows, and maintaining client records.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and build relationships with potential clients.

- A proactive approach to learning and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
- Relevant experience or educational background in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
