Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Field Sales Executives located in Delhi, OH. The primary responsibilities include actively identifying sales opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and building and maintaining relationships with property buyers and sellers. The Field Sales Executive will conduct property visits, provide client consultations, negotiate deals, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role requires working closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including client relationship management, negotiation, and a results-driven attitude
- Knowledge of the real estate market, property trends, pricing strategies, and relevant legal aspects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and prioritize workloads
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused approach
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for property visits
- Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
