Job Overview
We are hiring a result-driven
Field Sales Executive to spearhead our property acquisition and listing operations. In this role, you will operate remotely from your home base but spend your days on the field within your assigned territory. Your primary goal is to meet property owners, landlords, and developers face-to-face to
convince them to list their properties (for sale or rent) on our platform, verify property details, and build a high-quality real estate inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Field Property Onboarding: Conduct daily field visits to meet independent property owners and builders to pitch our listing packages and onboard their properties.
- Property Verification & Media Collection: Visit sites physically to verify property details (amenities, location accuracy, configuration) and capture high-quality photos/videos of the properties.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on warm leads generated by the inside telecalling team to meet owners in person and close listing contracts.
- Local Market Mapping: Scan assigned micro-markets/neighborhoods to identify unlisted "To-Let" or "For Sale" properties and pitch to owners directly.
- Data Upload & Reporting: Seamlessly log property coordinates, owner details, and documents into the company’s mobile app or CRM before the end of the day.
Requirements And Qualifications
- Mandatory Assets: Must own a reliable two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license and a smartphone.
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Real Estate field sales, telecom onboarding, banking/loan field sales, or local merchant acquisition (e.g., QR code/POS onboarding).
- Communication Skills: Strong face-to-face negotiation skills. Fluency in the local language of the target city is mandatory; basic English for app usage is required.
- Self-Management: Since this is a remote-reporting role, the candidate must be highly self-disciplined, honest, and comfortable working without direct in-person supervision.
