We are building EasyHealths a digital healthcare platform that connects patients with nearby doctors, clinics, diagnostics, and hospitals. Our focus is simple: make healthcare access fast, transparent, and stress free for every patient.
🎯 Role Overview
This is not a typical sales job.
We are hiring 4 strong field sales professionals who can own territory level revenue and close deals independently. You will be responsible for onboarding healthcare providers and driving real business growth.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales cycle: Lead → Meeting → Follow-up → Closure.
Generate leads via field visits, cold outreach, and references.
Onboard doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospitals.
Software and Solutions Sell in SaaS subscriptions (OPD automation, digital clinic tools).
Clearly explain ROI, patient flow, and business impact.
Build long-term relationships with providers.
Maintain and track daily pipeline, conversions, and targets.
👤 Who We’re Looking For :
Experience in Software / SaaS Sales is Mandatory
2–5 years of experience in Field Software Sales / B2B / SaaS.
Strong face-to-face selling and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Comfortable with rejections and field challenges.
Must be willing to travel extensively (Bike mandatory).
