🚀 About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to drive growth for Recaho, our SaaS platform built for restaurants.
This is a pure on-ground sales role, where you’ll work closely with restaurant owners and operators across Bengaluru— helping them streamline operations through Recaho’s tech.
If you enjoy meeting clients, closing deals, and building strong local networks, this role is for you.
🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Generate and convert leads through field visits, walk-ins, and local networking
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to closing
- Conduct product demos and explain value to restaurant owners
- Build strong relationships and drive repeat/referral business
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and closure goals
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM and track pipeline
- Stay updated on local market trends and competitor offerings
- Work closely with inside sales, product, and support teams
💡 What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales / SaaS sales
- Strong on-ground hustle and ability to manage a territory
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with daily client meetings and demos
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience selling to restaurants / cafes / cloud kitchens
- Exposure to POS / SaaS / fintech / merchant sales
- Strong local network in Mumbai F&B ecosystem

- Two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Laptop for demos
