Role Overview:
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our in-house software products and solutions to businesses through direct field sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and closing deals.
๐ผ Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field visits, cold meetings, and networking
- Promote and sell companyโs software products and SaaS solutions
- Conduct in-person product demos and explain key benefits to clients
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Assist clients during onboarding and ensure smooth implementation
- Gather client feedback and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain daily sales reports and activity records

Requirements
- 1โ2 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to interact with decision-makers and business owners
- Knowledge of lead generation and sales pipeline management
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Fluency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English
- Experience in B2B SaaS Sales is a plus.
