Who we are looking for:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with dermatologists, clinics, hospitals and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork and have strong communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct clinic & hospital visits to identify and engage potential customers
- Pitch products/services directly to dermatologists and explain their benefits clearly
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve offerings
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in face-to-face customer interactions
- Ability to work independently and in the field
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
