🔎 Role Overview
We are urgently hiring Field Sales Executives to drive on-ground sales growth across multiple cities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG or distribution-based sales and must be comfortable managing distributors, retailers, and market expansion activities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Appoint and develop new distributors in the assigned territory
Manage and strengthen the existing distribution network
Drive secondary sales through distributors and retailers
Identify new market opportunities and expand retail reach
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular market visits and retailer meetings
Ensure proper product placement and visibility in the market
Track competitor activities and share market intelligence
Maintain daily sales reports and MIS updates
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
✅ Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of distribution network handling
Experience in FMCG distribution or companies like CARS24 distribution preferred
Proven ability to appoint and manage distributors
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Target-driven with strong field execution ability
- Good local market knowledge preferred
