Policy Bazaar is seeking motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team in Chennai. As a Field Sales Executive at Policy Bazaar, your role will involve managing customer records, conducting sales visits, and acquiring new customers. You will be responsible for explaining the details, features, and benefits of Policy Bazaar’s products to potential clients and building strong, lasting relationships with them.
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills in both regional languages and English. You will be expected to achieve or exceed your sales targets, contributing to Policy Bazaar’s growth and success. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, with a full-time work schedule of 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM, six days a week.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales visits to potential customers, providing detailed information about Policy Bazaar’s products and services.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records for effective management and follow-up.
- Acquire new customers through strategic direct marketing efforts for Policy Bazaar.
- Explain the features, benefits, and details of Policy Bazaar’s products to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets to drive Policy Bazaar’s business growth.
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance to Policy Bazaar.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position Policy Bazaar’s offerings.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for Policy Bazaar.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification is required for the Field Sales Executive role at Policy Bazaar.
- Previous experience in direct marketing or field sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in both regional languages and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and achieve or exceed sales targets set by Policy Bazaar.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field as required by Policy Bazaar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
