Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Field Sales Executive Internship Program. This is a 3-month training-based opportunity designed for candidates who want to build a strong career in sales.
The program includes an initial office training in Indore followed by on-field sales activities in your respective city.
Internship Structure
- Duration: 3 Months
- Initial Training: 15 days in Indore office
- Field Work: Remaining period in your city
- Stipend/Support: ₹24,000 (total stipend for 3 months)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through field activities
- Meet potential clients and present products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain daily activity reports and updates
- Work closely with the team and follow sales processes
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable personality
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales
- Basic understanding of sales process
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Important Terms
- Stipend and certification will be provided only after successful completion of the 3-month internship
- If performance is not up to expectations during the internship, the candidate may be discontinued
- After successful completion and satisfactory performance, candidates may be offered a full-time role
