Mera Nivas is a Smart Society OS built for India’s gated communities — simplifying visitor management, payments, amenities, parking, complaints, and communication.
We are on a mission to bring digital convenience, transparency, and security to 100K+ housing societies across India.
We are hiring Sales Executives who can drive end-to-end society onboarding.
You will meet RWAs, builders, presidents, secretaries, and residents to demo the Mera Nivas platform and convert societies into active users.
A perfect role for someone who enjoys field work, communication, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Society Acquisition (Primary Work)
- Identify and target housing societies, apartments, and gated communities
- Conduct on-ground visits and meetings with RWAs & management committees
- Deliver product demos and explain the features of Mera Nivas
- Build a strong city-wide pipeline of prospective societies
- Onboarding & Activation
- Coordinate onboarding of guards, residents, and management teams
- Assist security staff with app installation and usage
- Ensure societies complete the setup (residents, payments, amenities, etc.)
- Relationship Building & Referrals
- Maintain strong relationships with RWAs and residents
- Drive referral-based society-to-society growth
- Participate in local society events, community meetings, and festivals
- Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain CRM entries and track progress
- Share daily updates with the founders’ team
- Collaborate with Operations and Support for post-onboarding needs
