Position: Field Sales Executive
Location: Guwahati & North East India
Experience: 2–3 Years
CTC: 3.50 LPA - 4.50 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team across Guwahati and the North East region. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, an established customer network in the region, and relevant experience in the same industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities across Guwahati and the North East region.
- Identify, meet, and onboard new dealers, distributors, hospitals, and channel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of field sales experience in the same industry.
- Strong market exposure and customer network across Guwahati & North East India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
